Description

Once people taste this they always ask me to bring it to parties. This one has my secret ingredient – which I will share with you! This recipe makes a lot!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Shell Noodles (12-16 Ounce Box)
  • 1 bag Broccoli, Frozen (12-16 Ounce Bag) Or Fresh
  • 3 sticks Real Butter
  • 2 cans (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 12 ounces, fluid Half-and-half
  • ½ cups Crushed Garlic
  • ¼ cups Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Cook broccoli and boil noodles according to package directions. Drain. Then add to a casserole dish and mix.

Heat butter, soup and half and half over medium heat. Add garlic and cheese.

Pour sauce over broccoli/noodle mixture and bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.

Feeds an army. Use as much garlic as you like. My family prefers more garlic. Also for my secret ingredient I add green olive juice for a little zip. If I’m feeling really zippy I puree some olives in. No one will ever know. Also sometimes I don’t even bake it-depending on if dinner is ready to be served. All ingredients are cooked when you mix it so all is well!!! Love this one.

This was really good. My husband said whoa..where am I olive garden, because it tastes a lot like what he gets at OG.

I cut the butter down to one stick. And I thought the sauce was delish. I am not sure what adding 3 sticks would do, but I liked it with two. I just couldnt bring myself to put 3 sticks in. LOL.

This was a really good base recipe. I did however cut the butter down a lot and only added 3/4 a stick instead of what it called for.
