Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad

Description
A delicious chicken salad that I made up using some leftover roast chicken and stuff I had on hand. What resulted was fantastic.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, Chopped
- ½ cups Walnuts, Chopped
- ½ cups Dried Cranberries
- ¼ cups Finely Chopped Onion
- ¼ cups Finely Chopped Dill Pickle
- ¼ cups Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together! Delicious as a sandwich with some potato chips, or with crackers, or on a bed of lettuce. Enjoy!
