I think of this as a Southern style Broccoli Salad, as it’s white and vinegar-based. It’s so delicious and easy to make, it could quickly become an old standby.
Mix dressing ingredients and toss with the salad ingredients. Serve and enjoy!

This was very good! I like the fact that it had no raisins – Bring on the bacon! whoot! I would use half the sugar though as I found it a bit too sweet. Other than that it was very tasty. Thank you for the recipe

Thanks for sharing this eoldridge. We make ours with the addition of golden raisins and hulled sunflower seeds. I’ve never put cheese in mine, but will follow your lead and try it. Thanks! The dressing is delicious, isn’t it.
