Hey ya, NanaBread! This came about once when I was prepping fish tacos in advance. I decided to mix it all together because I’m just that way. Instead of adding sugar, I used a little sauce from a can of chipotles because I thought the smokiness of the adobo might complement the sweetness of the rockfish my husband brought home. I also remembered a squid in adobo I had once (and really liked). Feel free to use Mexican crema if you have any on hand. It’s messy and delicious and my boys really like it.

This sounds really interesting! I’ve never had adobo on slaw, but I’ll try anything. I love lime, cilantro and all the veggies, so it sounds like a winner to me. Thanks!
