I probably make these little sammies about once per month. They are delicious and heat up well (if there are ever any left over).

OMG! These sandwiches were to die for! I used sopressata and provolone instead of ham and swiss – and I only used half of the butter. I also let them sit for just 2 hours and baked for 12 minutes. The buns were crispy and buttery with subtle flavors of mustard and a little crunch from onion and poppy seed. Will definitely make these again! I think next time we’ll try prosciutto!

These are absolutely the best! Were perfect for my buffet and a hit with adults and kids. I’ll definitely be making them again!
Thanks for sharing.

Mmmm, delicious! My husband LOVES these. The only difference is we make it with colby cheese instead of swiss, because we’re not big swiss fans.
We’ve probably made them once a month and usually let them sit all day, if not overnight to really let the buttery goodness soak in!

These are delish! I used provalone instead of swiss because my husband is not a fan. Even my picky 3 year old loved these!! Great recipe for anything.. dinner, appitezers, carry-ins. Just an all around must have in the recipe box!

Yum, yum, yum, these are delish!! Going to take them for my daughter’s dance teachers to snack on during the dress rehearsal for their annual recital.
And even though the butter flavor is wonderful, it did seem as though there was just too much to pour on the buns. Next time, will probably only use 1/2 or 3/4 as much butter.

These are so good! Great for a party or even for dinner with tomato soup!

I made these yesterday with Cheddar cheese and they were absolutely fantastic!

so simple, yet so delicious. I make them for an easy dinner and there are never any left! I don’t use poppy seeds and use cheddar instead of swiss. You can really do anything because it’s all about the butter drenched, then baked sweet rolls…everything else is just a bonus!

15 minutes was a little too long in our oven, but these were great! My husband and I had a really hard time not eating as many as physically possible so that we can have some tomorrow.

I’ve made these probably a hundred times. They are popular, and everyone likes them. I used to make 48 at a time, for my husband’s monthly poker game…..

My family loved them. It was kind of hard to find the Kings rolls, but that’s because we live in the boonies

I made these last night for me and my roommate. They were so good, I was in toasty, cheesy heaven! Next time I’m going to use less than half the butter because it seemed like a lot was just wasted on the baking sheet. I could eat these every week!

Great recipe. Found the Kimg rolls at Walmart. Sprinkled just a touch of garlic on them before baking.

These were SO yummy! I took them to a party and they were gone in about 10 minutes. You will not be disappointed! Thanks for the great recipe!

I have been making these for a long time and our family loves them, but I always just use the brown and serve rolls. These King Hawaiiain rolls sound even better. Aren’t they a little bit sweet? Sounds wonderful. I’m going to try them next time.

Made these over the weekend for a party. Great recipe! Everyone loved them. “Now what’s in this sandwich?” I must have heard it 25 times! Big hit with my crowd!

I have made a few variations of this recipe over the years. This came out the best, by far. The only changes I made was to use dinner rolls instead of the hawaiian ones because they were on sale and instead of onion flakes, I used onion powder because I had it on hand. These were a huge hit tonight for our leftover spiral sliced ham from last night’s dinner!
