This is the real thing – creamy, cheesy and just right! None of the light stuff here, baby!
Melt the butter in a skillet and lightly saute the garlic. Do not brown the garlic.
Add the cream/half and half mixture and bring to a simmer.
Add the cheeses and allow to melt. Add salt and pepper.
Mix with the cooked (and drained) pasta.

Delish! I did add some portabello mushrooms while the garlic was in the pan with the butter. Will definitely make again!
