Great with butter and salt!
1. Mix flour and cocoa well in large bowl
2. Make a deep well in center of mound and break eggs into it
3. Beat the eggs in there with a fork, adding about 2 tablespoons water. Using a circular motion, draw the flour and cocoa into the center
4. Toss in another tablespoon of water. Stir with your fork until all the flour is moistened. Add a little more water as needed
5. Finish mixing by hand. Pat the dough into a ball. Clean off your work surface and flour it. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, or until the dough becomes silky and elastic
6. Split into 5 balls and run through pasta machine on setting1. Add flour each time if sticky
7. Increase your settings to 2,3, and 4
8. Run through the pasta cutter and hang on drying rack to dry
9. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes
