Description

Gluten-free and missing Chinese take away? Try this simple recipe for gluten-free and dairy-free pork and mushroom noodles.

Ingredients

  • 150 grams Gluten Free Noodles
  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • ½ teaspoons Dried Chili Flakes
  • ½ teaspoons Chinese 5 Spice
  • 2 whole Gluten Free Pork Sausages Sliced Into Rings
  • 1 whole Onion, Finely Diced
  • 1 whole Pepper, Finely Sliced
  • 100 grams Mushrooms, Sliced
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 3 Tablespoons Gluten Free Soy Sauce

Preparation

Cook noodles according to instructions on packet.

Heat sesame oil in a wok or large shallow pan. Add garlic, chili and 5 spice. Add sausage and stir fry for 5 minutes.

Add vegetables and stir fry for 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add noodles and soy sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Enjoy.
