Description

Healthy, refreshing snack.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Fresh Or Frozen Strawberries
  • ¾ cups Unsweetened Plain Dairy Free Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • Fresh Mint

Preparation

Add all of the ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the sweetness to taste.

Pour into pospsicle molds, place the lids and put in the freezer for 2 hours or until the yogurt is fully frozen. Just before serving, run the popsicle mold under hot water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicle. Enjoy!
