Description

Gluten-free and dairy-free chocolate peanut spread.

Ingredients

  • 7-⅝ ounces, weight Unsalted Peanuts
  • 1-⅞ ounces, weight Cocoa Powder
  • 3-¾ ounces, weight Icing Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Or Peanut Oil

Preparation

Blitz peanuts in a blender until smooth. This took me about 5 minutes.

Add cocoa powder, icing sugar and oil. Blend for another minute.

Spoon into a jar. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
