Description

Lightly charred on the outside, tender and hearty on the inside. These perfectly seasoned potatoes are the simple, savory side dish your dinners beg for!

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Medium Red And White Potatoes, Chopped Into 1/2 To 1 Inch Cubes
  • ½ teaspoons Each Sea Salt And Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil (I Prefer Avocado Oil Or Grapeseed Oil)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Your Favorite Seasoning Blend, Such As Lemon Pepper, Garlic Salt, Everyday Seasoning, Etc.

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425ºF and place a cast-iron skillet in the oven.

Toss chopped potatoes in oil and season with sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, and/or your seasoning of choice. Transfer potatoes to preheated cast-iron skillet and bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Remove from oven when potatoes are tender on the inside (pierce a few of them with a fork to test this) and crisp/charred on the outside.

Cool slightly before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 5–7 days.

Note: Seasoning blend can be used in addition to or in place of the sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Sooo good. Made these to serve with a pork roast and they were just perfect. Easy to put together and full of flavor. Will make again.
