Description

How to make an original Brazilian acai bowl!

Ingredients

  • 1 package (100g Or 3 1/2 Oz. Size) Acai Puree (or 2 Teaspoons Acai Powder With 3-4 Ice Cubes)
  • 1  Frozen Banana
  • ½ cups Frozen Berry Mix
  • 10 tablespoons, 7 pinches Soy Milk Or Rice Milk
  • 4 Tablespoons Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup

Preparation

Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish as you wish.

Notes:
1. If you use a frozen pack of acai puree, make sure you break it in a couple of places before you throw it into a blender. If you go the powder with ice cube route, be sure your blender can handle it!
2. To get it like ice cream, first peel and put the banana into the freezer for 2 hours.
