Leftover hummus to the rescue!
Combine mayonnaise, hummus, and lemon juice in a large bowl until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and stir gently to coat. Taste, and add salt and pepper to your preference.
Eat. Enjoy!
Note: If you need a basic hummus recipe, pulse a 14-ounce can of drained chick peas with the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 garlic clove, 1/4 teaspoon cumin, 1/4 cup tahini, and 1/4 cup olive oil until very smooth. Taste, and add salt and pepper to your preference.
