This Tuna Pasta Salad ticks all the boxes. Featuring green beans, potatoes, and tomatoes, it’s nutritious, light but filling, and full of flavor!
In a large pot of salted water, cook green beans for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Add potatoes to the same pot and cook for approximately 10 minutes. They should be soft but still holding their shape. Drain and set aside.
Cook the pasta according to package instructions in the same pot. Drain and set aside.
To make the dressing, whisk lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
To assemble the salad, place the tomatoes, basil, parsley, and tuna in a large serving bowl. Add green beans, potatoes, and pasta. Pour the dressing over and toss.
