This Thai cucumber salad is so easy to prepare and simply delicious!
Add all vegetables to a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, fish sauce, and rice wine vinegar. Add to the vegetables and mix well.
Taste! You should be able to taste a mixture of sweet (sugar), salty (fish sauce), and sour (vinegar).
Eat immediately or better yet, allow the flavors to infuse the vegetables for a couple of hours in the fridge. My preference is letting it marinate for several hours as I think it tastes better that way.
