Who doesn’t like a good Potato Salad? Texas Style, of course!
Boil potatoes in water until soft. Rinse in cold water and drain. In a large bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients. Add potatoes and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Watch the Ross Sisters video in the post on my blog and eat a big fat bowl!

This recipe is almost like mine- The only thing i leave out is the red wine vinegar and sugar- I will have to try this- Thanks for adding me- Im just starting out

ohh I need to try putting green olives in my american potato salad… I always put them in the french kind. Your recipe looks wonderful! and I love the texas bowl!
