Description

This Tasty Shrimp, Mango, and Walnut Salad is colorful, light, flavorful, and easy to make! It is absolutely healthy and a great choice for your diet! You can serve this for breakfast, lunch or as an appetizer for dinner.

Ingredients

  • 170 grams Large Cooked Shrimp, Deveined, And Cut Into Big Chunks
  • 1  Large Ripe Mango, Cut Into Strips.
  • 250 grams Cucumber, Deseeded, And Thinly Sliced.
  • 40 grams Finely Sliced Red Onion
  • 50 grams Finely Chopped Walnuts
  • 3 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • Freshly-squeezed Lemon Juice (optional)

Preparation

In a large bowl, toss together all the ingredients. Season lightly with salt and ground black pepper along with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Toss gently to incorporate.
