This is a delicious reduced calorie jalapeno coleslaw. Perfect for topping a pulled pork sandwich! This coleslaw is not overly sweet, so if you are looking for something sweeter you could adjust the sugar to taste.
Combine cabbage, carrots, onion and cilantro in a big bowl and set aside.
In a small bowl mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, jalapeno, lime juice, sea salt, garlic powder and sugar. Mix well.
Add the dressing mixture to the cabbage and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. The flavor becomes better the longer it is refrigerated.
