This Tabbouleh recipe is so easy to prepare and it tastes delicious. It is made of tomatoes, cucumber, scallions, chopped parsley, mint and bulgur. Enjoy!
First you need to pre-soak your bulgur. Place the bulgur in a heatproof bowl. Pour the boiling water over it and let it stand for about 1 hour. In a salad bowl combine the pre soaked bulgur with the remaining ingredients, including olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Then toss well and adjust the seasoning if you think it is necessary.
