Fresh and wonderful… This is easy to make and it’s a great replacement for a fruit salad or a green salad.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, shallots and minced nuts. Cover the bowl and chill for one hour or less. If you chill it any longer, the dressing will congeal (become a mass of solid goop).
In a large bowl, combine the spinach, strawberries, nuts and shallot rings. Top with the feta. Pour dressing over salad and toss. Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
