A delicious and healthy salad with grilled chicken and fresh sliced strawberries.
Start by grilling your chicken on medium-high heat on your barbecue or indoor grill pan. Grill for 5 minutes on each side, or until thoroughly cooked. Set aside.
On two plates, add chopped lettuce, almonds and slices of strawberries. Place your sliced grilled chicken on top.
Mix together the creamy poppyseed dressing and raspberry vinaigrette. Drizzle over the salads and dig in!
