Spinach Salad with Vinegar Dressing

Description
Here’s a yummy recipe with a sweet vinegar dressing. So good!
Ingredients
- FOR THE VINEGAR DRESSING:
- ½ cups Olive Oil
- ¼ cups Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- ½ teaspoons Celery Seed
- ½ teaspoons Minced Onion
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ½ teaspoons Dry Mustard
- ½ teaspoons Paprika
- FOR THE SPINACH SALAD:
- 8 cups Spinach, Torn
- 6 whole Button Mushrooms, Sliced
- 5 strips Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
- 4 whole Boiled Eggs, Peeled And Sliced
- 1 whole Carrot, Peeled And Julienned
- Croutons
Preparation
In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine dressing ingredients. Shake well. Just before serving, combine salad ingredients in a large salad bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat.
