A tasty, green salad. Quick and easy; high in fiber.
-In a skillet, sizzle the minced garlic in the olive oil on medium heat until slightly browned
-Add the chick peas and let sizzle for a couple of minutes, stirring to prevent sticking.
-Add the chopped spinach and simmer until wilted.
-Transfer mixture to a bowl and sprinkle with the sea salt.
Eat warm and Enjoy!
