Description

Spinach Avocado Salad with Berries is a simple but stunning salad you can whip up in no time! It’s the perfect lunch to have this spring.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE DRESSING:
  • 3 Tablespoons White Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¼ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • ½ teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • ⅛ teaspoons Dried Garlic Powder
  • Salt And Pepper
  • FOR THE SALAD:
  • 2 Tablespoons Almonds, Chopped
  • 1 bag (10 Oz. Size) Baby Spinach
  • ½ pounds Strawberries, Washed, Hulled, And Sliced
  • 1 cup Raspberries Washed And Gently Dried
  • 1 cup Blueberries Washed And Gently Dried
  • 1  Large Avocado, Sliced

Preparation

To make the dressing, whisk all ingredients together and set aside.

To make the salad, gently toss all salad ingredients in a large bowl with the prepared dressing. Serve immediately.
