Spicy Cabbage and Snap Pea Salad

Description
A tasty spicy and tangy veggie-filled salad.
Ingredients
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1-½ Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1-½ teaspoon Korean Hot Pepper Flakes (gochugaru)
- 1 teaspoon Light Brown Sugar, Lightly Packed
- ½ teaspoons Toasted Sesame Oil
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- 2 cups Shredded Red Cabbage
- 2 cups Snap Peas Cut Into Thirds
- 3 Scallions, Thinly Sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
Preparation
Place the minced garlic, rice vinegar, hot pepper flakes, brown sugar, sesame oil, and salt into a large bowl. Stir until sugar has dissolved.
Add the remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
