This is a tried and true recipe made many times. I received this recipe at my wedding shower. It always gets rave reviews.
Boil a large pot of water, add a little bit of olive oil to prevent noodles from sticking. Break pasta into thirds and drop in the water. Cook according to package directions. Do not let it overcook—cook till al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water.
Prepare chopped vegetables and mix all remaining ingredients together. Add cooked pasta and mix together.
Optional: you may add black or green olives. I never do, since I don’t like olives.

This is my husbands all time favorite salad. Only differance is we add radishes and purple onion too.
