Simply refreshing. So easy to make. Goes great with anything!
Peel and slice the cucumber. In the picture, I used skinny Asian cucumbers, but when I use English cucumbers, I cut them in half because the slices are too big.
Peel tomatoes if you like. Cut up tomatoes in approximately 1-inch pieces.
Slice the onions. You can use ANY onions for this recipe. I also like to use green onions.
Add dill herb.
Add salt and mix very well. (Taste a piece and add more salt if needed.)
Wait a minute or two for veggies to release their juices.
Add oil and mix very well. You can also substitute oil with sour cream. A must try!
