Sensation Salad

Description
A simple but delicious salad. We always had this salad at any and all school functions.
Ingredients
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cups Lemon Juice
- ½ cups Olive Oil
- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce, Or Enough For 4 Servings
- Black Pepper To Taste
- Grated Romano Or Asiago Cheese, To Serve
Preparation
Use a fork to mash together the minced garlic and salt. Place the mixture into a container with a lid. Add the lemon juice and mix well. Add the olive oil and mix again before adding to the lettuce.
Wash the lettuce and drain well. Put the salad dressing on ahead of time so the lettuce will soak it up. Add cheese and black pepper when ready to serve.
Note: Add however much cheese and pepper you like.
