So easy you’ll be embarrassed to give out the recipe, but you’ll get so many requests that you’ll do it anyway!
While pasta is boiling, wash tomatoes, slice them lengthwise and put them into a large bowl. Drain the black olives, and slice them lengthwise as well. Cut the mozzarella cheese into small cubes, and add in. Add the pepperoni, with each slice cut in half. Add drained pasta and pesto sauce. Chill before serving.
I have made this with and without the pepperoni, and have always had people ask me for the recipe. It’s so good and easy, and it holds up well for potlucks.
