A perfect side dish for a summer cookout.
Cook pasta according to package instructions then drain it and allow it to cool.
In a large bowl combine the macaroni, celery, onion, carrots, bell pepper and tomato. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, both types of mustard, sugar, vinegar, pepper and salt. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste if additional is needed. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Note: If making ahead you may need to add more mayonnaise as the pasta tends to soak it up.

This sounds good! Just wondering, does this have a fairly strong mustard flavor to it? My husband and I love mustard, but not so for a few guests that are coming.
