Peach & Tomato Salad with Crumbled Goat Cheese

Description
Use fresh Summer produce for this flavorful salad.
Ingredients
- 7 cups Mixed Greens
- 2 whole Large Tomatoes, Roughly Chopped
- 3 whole Peaches, Pitted And Roughly Chopped
- 2 ears Corn, Husks Removed, Kernels Sliced Off Ears
- ½ whole Red Onion, Chopped
- 6 ounces, weight Crumbled Goat Cheese
- 1 cup Toasted And Chopped Hazelnuts
- ¼ cups Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
Preparation
In a large bowl toss together mixed greens, tomatoes, peaches, corn, onion, goat cheese and chopped hazelnuts.
Dirzzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss again.
Serve and enjoy!
