Peach, Cucumber and Honey Goat Cheese Salad

Description
A friend made this salad for me, and I just had to share. It’s so simple and tastes absolutely wonderful! Make sure to use honey-infused goat cheese. It’s amazing!
Ingredients
- 1 bag Field Salad, Butter Or Bibb Lettuce (something Soft With A Mild Taste)
- 15 ounces, weight Canned Peaches Packed In Juice, Drained And Sliced
- 5 ounces, weight Honey Goat Cheese, Crumbled
- 1 whole Cucumber, Diced
Preparation
Just throw the salad together. No need for dressing! The sweetness and moisture of the peaches, honey goat cheese and cucumber melt in your mouth!

Just a little note: I made this recently to bring along on a picnic. I left out the lettuce and cut everything into little blocks. It was wonderful! Something different than the average fruit salad.

i was alone at home last night, so i wasn’t really in the mood to cook something big for myself… i had all the ingredients on hand so i made this salad… and it was truly DELICIOUS!!!
definitely something i’m going to make again!
