When the weather starts to warm up, this fresh, tasty pasta salad is the first thing that pops in my mind to make. Pair it with something off the grill for a delicious summer meal. Hope you enjoy it as much as my family does!
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Toss with the remaining ingredients and chill until ready to serve.
Note: the amount of salad dressing may seem excessive, but the pasta absorbs some of it during the chilling process. Use more or less at your own discretion.

I made this salad for a voluteer potluck I did in the mountains. I loved it! It keeps well and the longer it sits the better the flavor. I used provolone and mozzerella with salami and pepperoni. Fantastic!
