Description
A great combination of pasta salad, a green salad, and pizza. With oregano, Parmesan cheese, and Gruyere cheese, this is an unforgetable pasta salad.
Ingredients
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 12 ounces, weight Tri-colored Pasta
- 2 whole Small Tomatoes, Chopped
- 4 ounces, weight Gruyere Cheese, Cut Into Tiny Pieces
- ¼ cups Chopped Red Onion
- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce, Chopped
- ⅓ cups Parmesan Cheese
- 2 teaspoons Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasonings
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- ½ teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

- FOR THE DRESSING:
- ¼ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Balsalmic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
1. Toss together all the salad ingredients.
2. In a small bowl mix the dressing ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat.
