Noodles with tomato, spinach and walnuts.
Preheat a big pot of water for the spaghetti and boil until al dente.
Use a big skillet and fry garlic with olive oil for about 1 minute. Add tomatoes and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, add spinach and simmer for another 5–7 minutes. Add the herbs, salt and pepper.
Add some sauce to the noodles and sprinkle some walnuts on top.
