This salad is good enough to eat as a meal, but also is a great side salad for potlucks or BBQ’s. The longer it sits the better it gets! I try to make it a day in advance but it’s also fine made earlier in the day.
Prepare macaroni according to package, drain and cool.
Drain tuna and add to pasta along with olives, tomato, onion, eggs, parsley, salad seasoning, salt, mustard and garlic.
Add mayonnaise and stir until combined. Cover and refrigerate.
