MIL’s Potato-Egg Salad

Description
My mother-in-law’s famous potato salad…delicious!
Ingredients
- 5 pounds Baking Potatoes
- 8 whole Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 2-½ cups Mayonnaise
Preparation
Peel and cube the potatoes before boiling them. Add salt to a pot of water. Add the potatoes to the pot of water and turn the heat on. Once the pot comes to a boil, boil potatoes for about 10 minutes. When they are done, drain the potatoes and add them into a large bowl. Add the other ingredients while potatoes are warm, then chill salad in fridge.
