Mango, Avocado And Bacon Salad

Description
There is something about mango, and when you combine it with two other amazing ingredients like bacon and avocado, you know it is going to be a flavour sensation! The lime juice over top just makes this dish incredible. Perfect for BBQs and all the social occasions that summer brings.
This makes a large salad for family and friends. You could easily make smaller single servings.
Ingredients
- 3 Fresh Mangos
- 3 Avocados
- 1 pound Bacon
- 2 Limes, Squeezed
Preparation
Chop mango and avocado into cubes.
Cook the bacon, either in pan or oven, then allow to cool.
Layer everything in a large bowl, then drizzle over the lime juice.
