This is an easy salad that I have been making for 30 years. It is a family favorite I make for every bbq or get together. It has so few ingrediants but so much flavor, I hope you enjoy as much as my family has.
Cook your pasta (to al dente, according to package instructions) and then rinse pasta to stop the cooking process and let drain well.
At same time boil your eggs (put eggs in cold water, bring to a boil then turn fire off and let sit for 5 minutes with lid on pot, then run your eggs under cold water to stop the cooking. Then peel, your eggs should come out perfect).
In a large bowl add your pasta, relish, celery (chopped small), cheese and eggs (I always grate mine). Then add mayo. I cover the top with the Cain’s seasoning, onion & garlic powder.
Mix well, taste your pasta and if it isn’t too salty tasting then add more. After you put your pasta in the fridge to get cold it will soak up all your seasonings so I always over salt and when time to serve it is perfect. Just mix before serving.
