Cold iceberg lettuce smothered with a bacon cream dressing—a great lunch option!
Place lettuce quarters on a serving platter, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
In a mixing bowl add light cream, sour cream, bacon bits and black pepper and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
I love this as a quick, easy, flavorful lunch option! Serve on individual plates or bowls and smother the cold iceberg lettuce quarter with the bacon cream dressing. Enjoy!
