This summer salad is exploding with the fresh flavors of tomato, basil and raw goat feta.
Slice the tomatoes and lay them on a large plate, overlapping if necessary. Sprinkle with some sea salt. Drizzle lightly with the olive oil and let them rest for five minutes.
Crumble the goat cheese with your fingers and drop it over the tomatoes.
Tear some basil leaves and sprinkle on top of the final plates.
