Ahh, the perfect union of steak and green veggies!
To prepare dressing, simply whisk all dressing ingredients together until well-combined. Set aside until serving time.
Sear a previously grilled steak a bit, just long enough to bring it to room temperature. (I prepare an extra steak, with this salad in mind, on the nights we grill out.)
Chop veggies and toss salad ingredients together. Add some salad to each serving plate, top with some steak and add cheese and dressing to each individual serving.
AMAZING and simple, a great summer meal!
