Greek Salad is a green salad spiked with feta and olives.
Wash, chop and combine tomatoes, lettuce, bell pepper, feta, olives, celery, cucumber, red onion, coriander leaves, and oregano leaves in a salad bowl. You can use dried herbs if you prefer, and beware the pitts in the olives!
In a glass, combine lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir well and pour over the salad. Toss the salad and enjoy.
