Description

Grilled chicken salad with tomatoes, cucumber, green olives and feta. Delicious and a great start for the new year.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces, weight Romaine Lettuce, Chopped
  • 12 ounces, weight Grilled Chicken Breasts, Chopped
  • 2 cups Grape Tomatoes, Halved
  • ¾ cups Cucumber, Chopped
  • ⅓ cups Feta Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Green Olives, Slices
  • ¼ cups Olive Oil Vinaigrette Dressing
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper

Preparation

Combine lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, feta and olives. Toss gently. Pour dressing over lettuce mixture, season with pepper, and toss gently.
