Fries with a salad on top. But the fries are baked, so it’s, like, pretty healthy dudes!
1. Bake fries according to package directions.
2. Meawhile, whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, a bit of lemon zest, and a pinch of salt and pepper together in a small bowl. Pour over the salad ingredients and toss.
3. Lay the baked fries at the bottom of a salad bowl. Add the salad over the top and eat!
