Bright, Fun Colors that make you want to eat!
1. Boil potatoes until fork tender. Rinse in cold water until cool.
2. Blanch green beans for 7 minutes. Drop into ice water to stop the cooking.
3. Sour Cream, mayo and next 6 ingredients. Taste for seasoning. Adjust.
4. Add to potatoes with green beans, onion, bell pepper and bacon bits. Taste for seasoning.

Thanks! It is really good and I get requests for it all the time. We don’t seem to make traditional potato salad anymore! My best friend sells Southern Living At Home, so when I cook and take pictures I usually steal her stuff!
