This easy, delicious and healthy tabouli recipe is great alone, on a wheat pita or on crackers.
Add boiling water to tabouli mix. Add olive oil to the mix. Add cucumber, tomato, green onion and parsley to the mix. Stir well and add lemon juice. Add a little at a time until you get the flavor you like. (I love the lemon juice flavor, so I add a little more.)
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Delicious alone or on pita bread or crackers!

Ooh, your picture sucked me in! Is this a good salad to serve with dinner, or is it more of an appetizer? Also, is it one of those that gets better after sitting, or does it deteriorate and need to be eaten right away?
