Easy Simple Summer Blueberry Watermelon Salad

Description
You cannot celebrate summer without cold watermelon. You can whip up this Watermelon Salad in minutes. Watch the video on my blog for more details.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Sugar
- ¼ cups Water
- 1 Lemon, Zest And Juice
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- 2 cups Blueberries
- 3 cups Watermelon Balls
- 7 leaves Fresh Mint
Preparation
Simmer sugar and water for a couple of minutes on the stove until completely dissolved. The sugar will turn clear when dissolved. It only takes a couple of minutes. Allow this simple sugar mixture to completely cool.
Add lemon zest and juice, salt, blueberries, and watermelon. Chop mint leaves and add to the salad.
