Description

Creamy chicken salad with cranberries.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Chopped Cooked Chicken
  • 3 Tablespoons Sweetened Dried Cranberries
  • 1 stalk Celery, Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Green Onion, Sliced
  • 3 Tablespoons Homemade Or Prepared Ranch Dressing
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve as a filling for sandwiches or place atop fresh greens as a salad.
