Great on hot summer days when you want something easy and light!
Fresh from the garden veggies are the best, but store bought will do if that’s all you have!
Wash and dice the tomatoes and add them to a serving bowl. Peel, wash, and dice the cucumbers and add them to the bowl. Add the finely diced red onion.
Start with about 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup homemade ranch dressing (or just mayonnaise if you prefer) and then add more to your taste. Add salt and pepper, too. Mix well.
Place in the fridge for the ingredients to have time to combine or dig in right away!
